Why Sunday Mums?

Because Sundays feel a little bit like everything motherhood is, wrapped into one day. They're the slow mornings we live for. Hot coffee that stays hot, nowhere to rush out the door to, watching the kids play while you realise how lucky you are to have this little slice of heaven.

But on the other hand Sundays are also the day that quietly reminds you the to do list is at its longest. There's washing to fold, meals to prep, supermarket run, school things to organise and a whole new week waiting around the corner. Again!

It's the day we try to slow down while somehow getting everything ready to speed back up again. And somewhere between the chaos andthe quiet, the family time and the never-ending to-do list, there's a version of motherhood that feels very familiar.
